  3. UBER DELAYED PAYOUT TO OPERATORS. WE STARTED SEPTEMBER 17,2015 UNTIL NOW WE HAVENOT RECEIVE ANY PAYOUT. NILOLOKO NYO KAMI. EVEN UBER STAFF CAN NOT GIVE US ANY DETAILS ABOUT THE CAUSE OF THE DELAY!!!

  4. We send an email to partnersmanila@uber.com since september 23, 3015 NO VALID ANSWER!Even went to SM AURA to erify the cause of the delay, wala rin matinong sagot. We event went to the bank.. wala naman problema. So ANO PA ANG PROBLEMA

Tuwing kelan po makikita kung madadagdag na sa payout yung incentive?as of this week’s promotional incentive,today (12/28/2015) we got 15 completed trips (min trip is 8), online for only 12.08 hours,(ave.passenger of 1.24 per hour) with 88.25% acceptance rate (required is at least 85%). With these,i think we qualify for the 225 hourly guarantee. Which means 225 x 12.08 hours na online? Saan ko po makikita to sa dashboard?ang computation po kasi na nandun ay yung actual fares pa.and given na nag-qualify kmi sa hourly guarantee,pano yung computation ng uber fee na 20%?

  9. I would like to know if there is a number I can call for inquiries and immediate reply. I find it difficult to get in touch with UBER. May I know why you don’t have a contact number to call or office to go to?
    My friend applied her daughter an UBER app using her credit card. Now she wants her credit card cancelled in her app and change it to cash payment. How will she do it? Pls advise. She has gone to her credit card company and was told that she should cancel it wth UBER.
    I hope you can reply to my query as soon as possible.

      She can try to disconnect or delete the credit card from the payment option.but i believe Uber requires at least one enrolled card

  10. Wala kayo kwenta uber! First payout ko feb 7 hanggang ngayon Mar 17 di nyo pa rin na sesend! sasabhin nyo sa email na mali ang bank details ko e yun 2nd payout na send nyo na nga sakin nun february 17! kahit mag email ka sa knila paulit ulit lang ang sasabhin nila sa inyo syang lang ang pagod mahina na nga ang kita sa uber laspag pa sasakyan mo!

    how come my mode of payment from cash was changed to credit card. i dont have a credit card i hope you can reset this and set it to cash payment. and it shows that i still owe you 24.00 please clear this thing. I f you can locate the honda brio that i booked yesterday and i even paid additional 24.00 because he said its not included in my bill. your utmost attention is highly appreciated.

    • There can be several reasons why you didn’t receive your payout.
      -Check first this Payout schedule: http://ubermanilatips.com/uber-manila-payout-and-cutoff-schedule/
      -If your weekly payout is less than Php 1000, Uber will not process this. The payout will accumulate until it is more than Php 1000 to process and release it.
      -Double check the Account Number and Account Name.
      -Double check if the Address you provided is the same address registered with the bank.
      -OR go to Uber’s Partner Support Center in The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong to follow up your payout personally.

    • If you had an issue with your trip (about payment, lost and found, driver behavior,etc), here’s how you can report your rider concern via the Uber Rider App.
      Go to Menu > History> Select Trip > Select Need Help > Select specific issue
