1. Why is it on the second time that you put in a promo code from another friend, it doesnt accept the code anymore and would always receive the comment of ” another promotion has been applied”

Please give some light on this because we keep on asking our friends to register

• Hi Mavic,

Your friends can only use one invite code when they sign up with Uber. Other invite codes won’t work anymore after this.

2. Hi,

Why I could not sign up as partner-operator online? After I input my name, email, mobile, and password, it just redirected to the page where the SUBMIT button is even I already submitted it?

• Hi Sam,

Other people are having the same problem. It’s either the connection, the browser or a glithch. You can try to refresh the browser or try from another device or wait it out.

3. Hi

Good day. I’d like to ask if my Mazda 3 Sedan 2006 model bought September 2006 can be registered to Uber? All working in good condition with 65,000+ kms odometer since it is seldom used. Leathered seats, enlarged mags etc.. Hoping you have some considerations.. Pls see photo..thanks..

4. Hi!
I’m a new Uber Driver. What Data Plan would you recommend?

Uber suggested that I subscribe to Smart’s Big Bytes 299, a prepaid load according to Uber will be enough for 300 trips. I have a dedicated phone just to accept trips and I use a separate phone for my calls, text, online music, and browsing. Surprisingly, the Big Bytes 299 load expires every 3 days!

Based on your experience, what data plan or telco would you recommend?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

• Hi,

We use Smart Big Bytes 299. It expires in 30 days. Maybe you’re using too much data? 🙂
Globe is terrible in our experience.

8. Are you considering corporate rate to a bpo company?

• Hi Kevin, Uber does not have corporate rate in terms of fares. But they do have a business account mainly for monitoring. You can refer here: https://www.uber.com/business

11. Hi! I found a link where to upload the TNVS requirements in this site. Is this legit? Will those requirements of mine will be received by Uber? What will be the next step when I proceed uploading the requirements here. Thank you.

14. Hello

My name is Marie C. Germeille and I would like my money back because I was charged more than I usually do at that location to the destination. My driver was nice but my fare wasn’t and I usually get charged less when I go further. I’ve been riding Uber for a long time spending all my money and I still haven’t gotten a free ride I’m disappointed. Everyone seems to have the Uber already, so if you still want me as your customer please look out for me. Thank you!

17. Is Uber available to go outside of Metro Manila? I’m coming into Manila on a late-night flight, and would like to go directly to Dalahican Port in Lucena (about 140km trip). Any advice? Thank you!
