Waiting for your Weekly Payout from Uber?
Refer to this post for the weekly cutoff and payout schedule.
Cutoff is every Monday at 4am (PH time).
This means that all the trips you’ve taken until 4am of Monday will be credited to your weekly payout.
Payout Statement is released every Monday around 6pm (PH time).
Uber will release the payout statement every Monday thru email or thru the dashboard (see photo below). You can double check the details of your trips.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your payout for the cutoff is less than Php 1000, Uber will NOT process your payout. They will automatically put this on hold and roll over the next week until you’ve accumulated over Php 1000 in payout. You won’t be able to view payment statements for the weeks when the minimum Php 1000 is not met.
What does this mean? Kailangan more than Php 1000 ang payout mo for the week para iprocess ni Uber ang payout. If masmababa sa Php 1000, hihintayin ni Uber na maipon ang payout hanggang maging more than Php 1000 bago iprocess at iremit ang payout.
Payouts are usually credited to your bank account after 1-2 days (usually every Tuesdays to Wednesdays).
This schedule may change depending on your bank or any banking holidays.
In our experience, Eastwest, AUB, BDO and BPI credits the payout every Tuesday late evening or Wednesday early morning.
TIP: As per Uber’s Payment system upgrade last May 1, 2016, PS Bank is NOT any more listed in the list of supported banks. Refer to this article to see the full list of supported banks to receive your payout.

Please be advised that we have implemented a minimum ₱1000 threshold for payment processing. This means that if your payment for the week is below ₱1000, we will automatically put the payment on hold, and it will instead be rolled over to the following week. This process will continue until your total payment is over ₱1000.
Please be advised that as a result of this change, you will not be able to view your payment statement for the weeks that your weekly payment does not meet the minimum amount.

Double check your banking details under the Banking Option in the Partner Dashboard. If it’s correct, you can wait according to the schedule above,; sometimes it’s late by 24-48hours. It’s not fixed. If you still haven’t gotten your payout, you can email Uber at

Uber’s incentives and promos are not guaranteed nor permanent. These may change per week and are specific per driver. Uber sends the incentives weekly via email (both to the driver and the operator). So make sure you check your email regularly.

Hello, it seems that the gross summary and trips amount is different from the gross pay statement amount (w/o the 20% uber fee).

Pay Statement: 5,657.93
Total payout: 4,530.34
If the summary and trip is 5,691, the total payout should be 4,552.80 right?? pls advise.

Hi! I know exactly how you feel since we did not get the payout from aug24-30. We kept on following up, what really helped was going to my branch (eastwest) to find out if the money was actually deposited. IT WAS! that time the bank was doing some changes in their system and reflected an incorrect name for my account. SO THE PAYMENT WAS SENT BACK TO UBER. The bank manager helped me trace the “transaction number” of the returned payment so UBER could easily trace the money. We received the late payment Oct 15. .. So my advice, be patient, keep on emailing uber support and try to investigate and provide precise information of the failed payment. Good luck and God bless!

Yeah I just got it, My Landbank of the Philippines Account has reflected it already, also for info; it takes 3 days at the most for the remittance to reflect on the said bank (Monday is the cut-off and will reflect on thursday on Landbank account). Tyvm for the support and feedback. =)

Yes it is true, but Uber still accepts sign ups. Uber will activate you within 24-48 hours if you submit the required docs. Submit the requirements so when LTFRB resumes the applications, maipapasa agad ni Uber yung requirements nila.

Hi. Uber sent me an email inviting me to join the Go for Gold promo which ensures higher guaranteed fares if the minimum no. of trips are met. For the first day of the promo week (holiday: 230 per trip for a min. of 14 trips) I had a total of 21 trips and for the second day I had a total of 16 trips (silver: 400 per trip). I checked my payment statement for the first and second days and it only reflected the actual fares. When will the payment statement reflect the computation using the guaranteed fares?

Hi i’m a uber partner driver and im new as a uber oartner driver. I had a trips from september 12-19 2016 and still i haven’t receive my earnings. I mistakenly input the card number instead of the account number. But on september 21 i already change it to my account number. I send emails to uber support team and they told me that it will be send the following week. So i missed my earnings the week 19-24 of september. So i assumed i will receive my earnings on september 26-30 2016. Today is october 4 2016 6:25pm philippine time and i still don’t have my earnings from my trips september 12-19 2016. Uber support team don’t reply to my emails anymore. Does anyone have a case like mine. Or can anyone help me with my case. Thank you very much

There can be several reasons why you didn’t receive your payout.
-If your weekly payout is less than Php 1000, Uber will not process this. The payout will accumulate until it is more than Php 1000 to process and release it.
-Double check the Account Number and Account Name
-Double check if the Address you provided is the same address registered with the bank.
-You can always email Uber at for -your Payout concerns.
-OR go to Uber’s Partner Support Center in The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong

ask ko lang about sa payment, nakita ko kasi sa uber app ko na pumasok na yung payment ko last 2weeks and last week but nung mag check ako sa bank ko wala naman.. tama naman details ng account ko na naka register, yung payment ko last 2weeks is yung incentives na 1st trip which is 1k and ang payout ko nun is 1k+ tapos last week na earning ko wala padin eastwest bank ako , any suggestions ?
