If you’ve passed the requirements for TNVS Accreditation via the Uber Compliance Program, you only need ONE last step to get your Provisional Authority. You need to accomplish these by WEDNESDAY, August 19, 2015 at 5PM. See the requirements below.

For the Motion for Provisional Authority:

Fill in the blank after “I,___” with your COMPLETE NAME (First Name and Last Name)

Fill in the blank after “plate number” with all applicable vehicle plate number(s)

On the space provided for the TNVS Applicant signature, please affix your signature over printed name

Read the entire document

Please sign Page Number 14 filling out Complete Name and Date when document was signed

Hi, I’am old partner already but I just submitted my requirements today due to the delay in DTI. Will I be on the second batch already? Does it mean I need to stop driving first until my Provisional Authority has arrived?

If we drive without the provisional authority, aren’t we subjecting ourselves to being caught by LTFRB? They’ve been threatening us of 200K fine if caught. Is there a memo or a document we can show to them if they try to penalized us?

We’re getting different feedback from Uber. Some of their support says operations as usual while some says we need to wait for the PA before we hit the road since LTFRB will be apprehending those without Accreditation . So it’s actually up to you if you’d want to risk it

Request first for a change of partner account. Then add a vehicle.

Once you have that vehicle activated, there would probably a separate advise by then for the second batch. As you can see in the Motion for Provisional Authority. You have to individually indicate the vehicle units under your account.

Business permit meaning Mayor’s Permit or DTI Certificate of registration? Uber does not provide this. Uber only processes LTFRB Accreditation. All the rest, it’s the partners.

HI According to Uber, you need to have the PA (which will be given after submitting the requirements) before you can hit the road. Because LTFRB will be apprehending drivers without PA.

A new rule by LTFRB states that only models 2012 and up will be given accreditation as TNVS, what happens now to active vehicles under Uber which have been submitted for PA? Does that mean they won’t get accredited by LTFRB but will still be active for Uber? Uber should have notified its partner-operators first before even submitting to LTFRB, the problem is new rules arise every now and then and very arbitrarily. Hence, the confusion.

I just registered as an Uber Partner and I am about to complete my Dashboard Profile. It says here you’re requiring a Prof DL. I have Non-Pro DL which I have been using/ renewing for years, do I need to have an Prof DL even if I am just an operator? Also, I only have the receipt as of now since the license card is still unavailable.
If you don’t plan to drive, no need for the professional license. Make sure you’re driver has PRO License though.

My live-in partner is already a Partner and is completing the requirements for TNVS accreditation. He also got a business registration from DTI but we just read that the owner of the vehicle should also get a TNVS accreditation. Our vehicle OR/CR is under my name (I am the vehicle owner), since I should get a TNVS accreditation too, do I need to register again from DTI? And get another business name/registration? Does this mean that all the past efforts we have done before shall be disregarded? Please advise.

We now all have the documents and we are just waiting for the schedule for the personal appearance. Please also be informed that the link where the documents should be uploaded is not working up to now. So how will uber contact us on the schedule for the personal appearance.
Also, when can we get the device from Uber. Our driver has been approved by Uber and our account as well is now complete. Only missing are the PAMI and the TNVS documents.
We would appreciate if we will be given instructions on what to do next instead of just sending us a template of a general response.
We know that we have to wait for the schedule but we do hope you also understand that we went to this business to earn. And a month has passed already and we are shelling out money as we are not generating any income from uber rides.

For info lang, if new partner, if activated na yung drivers and vehicles nyo, you can do in one day yung Driver Onboarding and submission of requirements for the Provisional Authority. No need to wait for an email or text regarding schedule of submission. Ganyan ginawa ko nung Wednesday. And also, they have free Notary there (SM Aura) so you can avail it, malaking tulong kc marami pages needed to be notarized para sa PA and CPC.

Here are my concerns:
1. I hired a new driver, he attended onboarding seminar Aug. 29, that day also emailed stating that it would take 3-5 working days to released the result. On the 4th working day I followed up and it would took 5-7 days again as per your advise. I follow up it again and email said expect the result september 7, latest sept 9. Up to now there was no advise coming from uber. This person resigned already from his current job expecting that he can start as soon as possible here in Uber according to your promise time for drivers application. Most importantly, the car is not generating any income now. What is your time frame commitment?
2. I have talked to some partner who happened to apply the first batch, that very day also they got their “Uber sticker”. How come now, would take 2-3 weeks? and we have not get any update for now?
