We’ve listed some ways to contact Uber Manila Support through the channels below. For your information, Uber Manila does not handle call inquiries or transactions via phone.
Uber Partner or Driver Support:
If you are an Uber driver or partner, you can address your queries to Uber via the following channels:

Office Address: 11th Floor, SM Aura Tower, 26th Street Corner McKinley Parkway, Bonifacio Global City
Information Sessions (this is an orientation for new partners): Mon, Wed and Fri, 12PM-1PM at their office
Driver Onboarding: Mondays to Fridays, 10:00AM (except non-working holidays)
Driver related concerns: Mon-Fri, 1PM-3PM at their office
Device Releasing: Mon-Fri, 3PM-4PM at their office
If you have issues with your trips, you can also submit your concern via the Uber Partner App directly (see screenshots below). You can expect a response for the concern through email. We’ve heard concerns submitted through this channel is answered more promptly than via email.
