After successful and complete upload of your requirements in your Partner Dashboard, Uber will notify you via email/SMS that your account is activated within 2 days, once your account is activated, you can go online and accept trips in the Uber system. Uber will advise you once your PA is available.

I would like to complain about a uber driver named joelo nakpil with plate no. Myx4243 hyndai accent. He has been picking up passengers privately around bgc and moa area without uber aps registration. Hence he is receiving cash payments without knowledge of the owner or uber. I verified the car no. & was able to talk directly with the owner of the car, alex glorioso. The driver joelo was terminated because of bad records and unregistered activity unknown at the loss both to uber and car owner financially. Per your info session discussion regarding the legalization of UBER here in the Philippines, only the DOTC(for DO) and DTI(for business name) were mentioned and not the LTFRB. Just read the news in GMA networks about the uber to get LTFRB franchise, if this is true, it should’ve been included in the info session. Please confirm this, and please advise if you have any idea on how much will be the franchise, like a rough estimate/approximation. We already have submitted the requirements however, the reply was that you don’t accept if the OR/CR is just a copy. We don’t have the original copy since the car is on loan. I think all cars under loan only get a copy of the OR/CR since the original is being given if one has fully paid the said auto loan. I know for a fact that there are Uber cars out there that are also still on a loan and some are really getting auto loans for cars just to start their business with Uber. I did file a complaint using the app but I did not receive a response! Also, I submitted my complaint in Uber website but all emails I receive are sustem generated emails or templated emails with names. The content of the email was not to resolve my issue rather to tell me that they need to verify my account, which after I replied, their response was that they cannot find the trip I am referencing. I replied again and include but the response was that it is an address thay does not accept incoming emails. Please please lead me to the right customer support contact details. I need human interaction. It is not really helpful and inefficient.

Hi I would like to report the incident happened to my wife this evening. She is an Uber customer for everyday going to work and home. Story goes she made a request last night and the driver did not show up for almost 15 minutes it shows in the app that it will only take 5 minutes for the driver to get in our location. she called the number of the driver and unfortunately the driver keeps on releasing and dropping her call. she texted the driver’s mobile number that she will be cancelling the request; so my wife got another request from a very kind Uber driver. when my wife was already in her office the 1st driver that she cancelled the request keeps on texting and harassing her via sms and threatening her. Hi, I’m trying to submit my PA requirements and one of the docs needed was the SPA between the vehicle owner/operator and the Uber partner, however, I couldn’t find the the said SPA form in your “Kit” nor is there a sample of it in the “guide”. I named my wife as the vehicle owner and I am already a registered Uber Partner, do I still have to submit this and if so, can I just have my attorney draw up the necessary SPA with my wife authorizing me as her Uber driver?

I as charged for cancelled transaction. The 1st this happened was when I was new to über app. I had challenges getting pick up & destination right so I had to cancel & it charged. The second was when I took the driver very long time to pick up location when I had to rush to my destination so I cancelled since it frustrated me to wait unnecessarily when there wasn’t any traffic.
Do u have any reference for cancellation policy? It isn’t consumer friendly. I’m not pleased to pay for services not rendered.

I’ve been trying to decipher why my credit card payment is not accepted after trying countless times to pay the balance so I can avail of uber service.

I’m trying to find the Uber Partner app (UPA) for iOS but there’s none listed on the App Store (just the passenger app is available which runs without a problem). When I searched Google for the UPA, the Uber site that I found directed me to a link which allowed the partner app to be installed on my iPhone 6 plus but when I open the app, I get the following message:
“Untrusted Enterprise Developer
‘iPhone Distribution: Uber Technologies, Inc.’ has not been trusted on this iphone, Until this developer has been trusted, their enterprise apps will not be available for use.”
So, does this mean that I can’t use my iPhone as an Uber Partner?

Hi Admin, We joined the Uber Caravan Last Feb. 20 in Centris walk. I was able to submit all requirements including the TNVS with Notary. I was waiting for more than 3 weeks now for the status, then I got an SMS saying that my driver hasn’t submitted the TNVS with Notarized SPA. I was told by one of your ushers that my driver doesn’t need to submit one since I was there and I submitted the TNVS form myself. Good day, I am now experiencing the worst treatment from what they called partner, I am an Uber driver-oper, I hit the momentum incentives of 350 per hour for the week of June 20-27, 2016 but did not get it, instead I only got the lower rate of 250 per hour, I did inform them thru email and makes follow up and email again for so many many times, but still got nothing in return up to now, only the system generated email confirming they receive the query. The 250 per hour promo is not that bad, but I am expecting the 350 rate, I have to cancel some appointments just to hit it. I posted it here to get some attention, for it seems no one in uber is interested in answering my query.

You can still sign-up and register as a Partner with Uber and submit the requirements so when LTFRB resumes the applications, maipapasa agad ni Uber yung requirements nila. However as per Uber, vehicle activation might be onhold until LTFRB resumes accepting applications. But driver activation (for Uber Match) is still the same.

I recently applied as an uber partner.There is a news article I’ve read that the LTFRB will discontinue to issue TVNS for uber. Can I still pursue being an uber partner? What if I have been flagged down by LTO and look for the TVNS and I have nothing to show? It said in the news that without the TVNS the vehicle could be impounded and would pay a penalty of 200k? Should I continue?

I would like to verify the cancellation fee on my account last December 9, 2016 in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia. Would just like to raise a concern, I took this trip to and from Las Pinas and we were told by our driver to pay the toll fees. Plus, he was the one who did not follow the stated route in the app and went around Pasay then through Manila to get to QC so we still got stuck in traffic for awhile. I could not report this issue as he’s not appearing on ‘your trips’ section in the app but he’s definitely appearing as ‘on trip’ until now after I got to my destination. He texted me about the additional amount and I am trying to call the driver but no luck. Pls. Advise! Thanks.

Good am , my car was apparently deactivated yesterday around 12 noon , therefore my driver go to your office and was advise that all July application was deactivated by LTFRB , so i called up your hotline around 3 pm and , Mam Katrina told me that i was activated last july 13 so , i was still IN and i had to wait her call for an activation asap . but up to now i don’t received any call . Please do reply, Uber’s office was closed today .so how can u call me for an activation? Pleas reply ASAP, thanks
