Hi, would like to ask if tinted car will be acceptable in Uber and what body paint will you require as the news mentioned, All vehicles must be in color set by the LTFRB.
Tinted is ok. Any color is accepted. LTFRB only requires a “trade dress” which hasn’t been set yet.

Every time I make a request for uberX a message, “YOUR CREDIT CARD ENDING IN 8494 HAS BEEN DEEMED INVALID. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BILLING SETTINGS.” What should I do?
By the way, I have enrolled my BPI my e-prepaid card as payment for my uberX ride. Until now I haven’t tried uberX because of this problem.

Most of the common comments I get from drivers especially the elderly is that the simulation of the App during the driver on boarding is not enough. Can you share this resource if you have one? As of now, Uber has no advise if and when they will hold another Info Session. But you can still register and sign up as a Partner.

Uber does not allow duplicate emails in their system. You need to create a new email for your partner account.

I paid for the toll fee and i also paid 346. When i review the receipt it is included in the receipt so i was paid double for the toll fee. The driver was ask for the payment of 118

Unfortunately he is no longer handling my car now but i found out just this morning that his account is still active and his still driving as of now ( i don’t know which car he drive). My question is, Is there will be no problem his account but the registered car is mine? Please advise me what to do then.
Secondly, i want to continue operating my car with Uber but i will registered a new driver partner, let me know what will be the requirements and how can we start again with you.
