There are drivers who would want to transfer to a different Partner-Operator. You can do this simply in Uber. You have two ways to do this.
NOTE: If you are a previous driver and you want to become a Partner-Driver/ Partner-Operator OR a Partner-Driver that wants to become a Partner-Operator, Congratulations! Level Up ka na! You can change your account type by requesting from Uber. Refer to this post.
OPTION 1: Go to Uber’s Partner Support Center in The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong
The driver can go to The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong and personally request for the transfer. The Partner-Operator doesn’t even need to go! This is the easiest way to do the transfer. This will just take less than 5 mins (after queuing, hehehe).
IMPORTANT:
- Make sure the driver brings his PRO Driver’s License.
- Issue an Authorization letter from the Partner-Operator with ID. See sample below.
- Go during Uber’s Office Hours every Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 5:30pm at The Square Building, Greenfield District, Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

NOTE: Don’t forget to attach a photocopy of your ID with signature. You can directly Copy and Paste this to a Word Document and edit.
Option 2: Email Uber
You can email Uber to request for transfer. But you need to email them twice; one from the Driver requesting for a transfer and the second from the new Partner confirming and authorizing the transfer.
NOTES:
- Make sure you send these emails from the Uber registered email address of the driver and the Partner.
- It’s the NEW Partner, to whom the driver will transfer, that needs to send the confirmation/authorization email, NOT from the previous Partner.

HI. I have a driver who owes me money . I found out a few days ago that he removed himself from my dashboard and now drives for another operator. I was surprised as to how was he able to removed himself from my dashboard. How is that possible? Your thoughts please.

He can just go to Uber’s Office and request for a transfer from one operator to another operator. That’s the sad thing about Uber’s driver transfer policies, driver can transfer anytime without the knowledge of the current/previous operator.

I am new partner/operator and have submitted my TNVS Part 1 PA requirements to UBER Marikina Office last Feb 6, 2017. I’m wondering how long is the approval process and what’s the next step? Are you going to notify me via email? For the mean time, I’m preparing my TNVS Part 2 CFC requirements while awaiting for my PA approval. Am I still good to operate at this time? Please advice.
After successful and complete upload of your requirements in your Partner Dashboard, Uber will notify you via email/SMS that your account is activated within 2 days, once your account is activated, you can go online and accept trips in the Uber system. Uber will advise you once your PA is available.
