The other day, there has been news about the Congress suspending the operations of ride sharing services such as Uber, Grab and Easy.

How would I know if my application with Uber as partner is approved? I received a weekly partner update email 3 days after attending driver onboarding. Is the approval email directly addressed to me? My Profile and vehicle is already active when i login to the web but when I try to login to the app it says “Driver account has not been activated.” Should I tell UBER i will be using my smartphone instead of the Rent-To-Own scheme they have.
