Starting April 30, 2016, Uber Philippines will implement their new and upgraded payment system. As a consequence, ONLY selected banks in the Philippines will be allowed and supported to receive your Uber Payouts. Refer to the following list of supported banks in Uber Manila:

If you want to receive your payouts seamlessly and on-time, it’s best that you receive your payouts in any of these banks. This upgrade will take effect on April 30, 2016 so make sure that you update your bank details (if needed) before April 30. What if my bank is NOT in the list?

Don’t forget to UPDATE your Banking details in your Partner Dashboard (tutorial below) BEFORE April 30, 2016. Otherwise, you won’t be able to receive your weekly payouts. There’s a tutorial below on how to check and update your banking details in the Partner Dashboard.
What if I don't want to open a new account in a supported bank?
You have to transfer to a supported bank; otherwise, you WON’T be able to receive your payout.

When is the DEADLINE?
What if I update my account AFTER April 30,2016?
Don’t worry, simply update your banking details, just follow the steps below on how to update your banking details in the Partner Dashboard.
Then, immediately email Uber at partnersmanila@uber.com to inform them that you’ve already updated your banking details and that they can send the last payout to your new bank account in a supported bank. But expect that you may experience delay in receiving your payout. 🙁
How do I check & update my banking details in the Uber Partner Dashboard?
STEP 6: After updating your payment information using a supported bank, you will experience no error once you submit and payment details will be changed. Also, you’ll receive an e-mail and text message from Uber.

How can I contact Uber regarding my payout concerns? They don’t have the uber support email anymore.
For your Partner/Driver concern, we recommend you report the concern via:
1. Uber Driver App. Select the Trip > Help > Select the issue
2. Uber Help Center. Go to https://help.uber.com, select city as Manila and choose “For Partners”. Sign in with your Partner/Driver account and select your issue/concern.
3. You can also go to Uber’s Office in The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong to have your issue fixed personally by an Uber support staff. Operating time is 9am-5pm
