As you’ve seen in the news for the past weeks, LTFRB has issued the regulations and guidelines for ridesharing companies. You can refer to this page for more info, the complete list of requirements, and downloadable forms.

About two (2) weeks ago, GrabCar has issued a statement to its Grabpeer operator and drivers to prepare for the LTFRB Regulations. They’re asking for the latest copy of ITR and proof of income.

It seems like GrabCar is already helping GrabPeers prepare for compliance to the LTFRB Regulations for Transport Vehicle Network Service (TVNS) Units.

 

How about Uber Manila?

 

Uber Partners and Drivers are still awaiting advise from Uber as to their compliance roll out. We hope this will be soon so as to avoid any rush and properly prepare for the shift.
