Hello fellow Drivers!
There are a couple of Uber partners and drivers reported that they suddenly cannot go online in the Uber Partner App even if their driver and vehicle are already both active.
REMEMBER: To be able to go online and drive, you first need to have both your Driver and Vehicle in ACTIVE status. You can check this from your Partner Dashboard. If either of your driver and/or vehicle is not yet active, you can follow up Uber by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org
We encountered the same problem in our Uber Partner App some weeks back. We cannot click the “GO ONLINE” button. DON’T WORRY, this is very easy to fix.
