Hello fellow Drivers!
There are a couple of Uber partners and drivers reported that they suddenly cannot go online in the Uber Partner App even if their driver and vehicle are already both active.
REMEMBER: To be able to go online and drive, you first need to have both your Driver and Vehicle in ACTIVE status. You can check this from your Partner Dashboard. If either of your driver and/or vehicle is not yet active, you can follow up Uber by emailing them at partnersmanila@uber.com
We encountered the same problem in our Uber Partner App some weeks back. We cannot click the “GO ONLINE” button. DON’T WORRY, this is very easy to fix.

HOW TO FIX:

Step 2: If you cannot Click on the “GO ONLINE BUTTON”, Click “CHANGE VEHICLE”at the upper right most of the screen

I have thesame issue: on the dashboard both driver and vehicle is already active. However, upon logging in the Uber Partner app. Using my hired driver’s detaits It prompts tht the Partner Operator account is not yet active. I am now confused. Please help.

Hi Admin, i have tried everything from resetting my phone 3x to reinstalling the appt 4x and i still can’t go online. All my certs are active, the time is correct, and it still comes up that my car cannot operate in palm Springs… I am located in Murrieta/Temecula area so i am ok. THis has happened now 2x and this is frustrating when you want to be out there driving
Hi, probably best if you can contact your local support. This hack is for Uber Manila. Not sure if this will work in other cities.

You can go to Uber’s Office in The Square, Greenfields, Mandaluyong to have it your account personally fixed.
go to your uber driver app and click on help and you can chat to uber directly and right down the problem you having and what area you sign up for and you still not able to sign on and they will fix it within couple of hours if it’s during the week that’s how I got mine fixed

If you’ve submitted all your requirements, your account should be activated within 2-3 days. You’ll receive an email from Uber that you are activated and can start driving.
You can also Check if your account is activated, try to login sa Uber Partner Driver App. If makalogin na yung driver account sa Uber Partner Driver App, ok na., you can go online and accept trips.

Hi. My number registered in your app is 09175505481. I tried to book at 14:05 today (card payment), but immediately cancelled when I learned that my driver is 9 minutes from my pick up point. I received a text alert from my bank stating that you charged me 139 for the trip I cancelled. Kindly look into this matter and refund as needed. Thank you!

When I click go offline, it tells me my vehicle is not allowed to operate in Midland, which is fine but it will not allow me to go online. Why?

Vehicle is unable to operate in kitchener/Waterloo. However, when I leave the city, and go near guelph, I am able to log in. I don’t know what is wrong with my current location. Is there any way to get this changed?
