Starting December 3, 2015 at 8 AM, Uber partners are ready to accept ride requests. Riders can now experience Uber’s outstanding service within Metro Cebu and Mactan Island*. During this soft launch, Cebuano riders can only request UberX vehicles.
Uber’s launch in Cebu featured acclaimed furniture designer and fellow Cebuano Kenneth Cobonpue as Rider Zero. His work in creating world class furniture and designs with the use of our local materials is proof of Cebuano’s taste and contemporary way of life.
